Biological Engineer

We are currently supporting a pharmaceutical site near Basel that has recently completed major infrastructure expansion, including new filling lines and upgraded manufacturing capabilities.

To support growing bioconjugation activities, we are hiring a Bioengineer with experience in GMP manufacturing and process optimization. The role will evolve to include further involvement in process development as activities scale later this year. This is an opportunity to join a highly invested site during an important expansion phase.

• Drive process optimization and continuous improvement
• Assist in process development activities
• Support scale-up and scale-down model discussions
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and quality teams
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and quality standards

• Degree in Bioengineering, Biotechnology, or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant pharmaceutical or biotech experience
• Experience with in GMP manufacturing environments
• Exposure to bioconjugation or complex biologics preferred
• Fluent German (mandatory)
• Strong technical problem-solving skills
