Senior Project Manager

Our client is an international company specialized in pharma engineering. The company is developing solutions for highly-complex process plants and facilities. With up-to-date knowhow, long-standing experience and extraordinary commitment the company supports its clients during all project phases, including consulting, engineering, construction, commissioning until qualification/validation and technical facility management. Your Duties & Responsibilities:

• Drive customer relationship during conceptual phases with your strong technical expertise and your client understanding
• Provide effective leadership, coaching and conflict resolution to the project team in order to meet project goals and objectives
• Coordinate multi-discipline engineering projects throughout the entire life cycle - from proposal to final project handover
• Ensure that proper engineering procedures, methods and technical solutions are utilized throughout the project
• Coordinate or supervise the daily activities of the project team, including contractors and suppliers
• Manage the planning and execution of all critical success factors within the project, i.e. scope, time, cost and quality
• Developing the structural growth of the young affiliate organization
• Contribute to Standards and Guidelines Development

Your Profile:

• You have worked on projects within the area of facility or process design and construction either with a pharmaceutical company’s technical organization, with a supplier company or with an engineering/consulting company.
• You have leadership experience, a good pharmaceutical industry overview with its specificities (GMP regulations …) and with a significant technical background based at least 10 years of relevant job experience.
• You are used to directly manage relations with international clients and you have willingness to travel.
• You speak French fluently and have a good command of the English language.
• You have a structured and organized way of working, a readiness of mind, a willingness to act, flexibility and finally, you are able to work under pressure.
• You have excellent customer understanding – and the ability to inspire and to demonstrate leadership in customer relations.
• You have a personal drive and are passionate about your work
• You are strong in all communication and have the ability to energize people and to give constructive feedback
