We are seeking a dedicated Design Team Leader for a full‑time, on‑site position based in Basel, Switzerland. In this role, you will oversee and guide the design team to develop and execute facade engineering solutions for our projects.

• Manage design workflows and coordinate resources.
• Ensure project timelines and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Drive innovation and maintain a high level of technical excellence in design processes.

• Strong expertise in facade design, engineering principles, and construction project management
• Proficiency in relevant design and engineering software such as AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, or similar tools
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and mentor a diverse team
• Proven experience in coordinating with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively in international settings
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the facade industry and knowledge of CE certification processes are highly desirable
