For our Techfirm Industrial Services team, we would like to integrate a MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER (M/W/D) ⚙️ ready to join us in Switzerland to take up new challenges together! 🇨🇭

• Responsible for the design of power electronics devices.
• Gathering information, documenting, reporting, and tracking design improvement, keeping up to date with product strategic plans, and developing an understanding of technical drivers and customer value.
• Contributing your own creative ideas to R&D projects and proposing follow‑up activities based on project results.
• Providing consulting services to business operations such as design‑to‑cost, design for manufacturing, and design for testing.
• Participating in working teams and offering assistance to co‑workers, as well as consulting team members and colleagues to gain information and knowledge.

• Master of Mechanical Engineering or an Electromechanical degree (FH or equivalent).
• 5 years of experience in an electromechanical environment.
• 1‑3 years of experience as work package leader or project/product leader.
• Good knowledge of CAD/Creo design.
• A solution‑focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Confident with R&D Product development methods, Agile, Scrum, and Lean Six Sigma.
• Fluent English 🇬🇧, German 🇩🇪 Basics.
