Voraussetzungen sind ein anerkanntes Lehrdiplom, sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Teamfähigkeit. Sie planen Unterrichtsstunden, kommunizieren mit Eltern und Kollegen und nehmen aktiv an Teambesprechungen teil.
