We are hiring German-speaking Customer Support Agents to join a global travel technology leader powering millions of travel experiences worldwide.

In this role, you will support customers and partners of , helping resolve booking inquiries, payment issues, account questions, and reservation changes while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and messaging in German and English
• Assist customers with reservations, cancellations, and booking modifications
• Handle payment issues, refunds, and account inquiries
• Support partners with extranet account questions and review management
• Deliver accurate, timely, and professional solutions to customer requests
• Maintain a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction

• English B2 level or higher
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good PC skills and ability to work across multiple systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused mindset and strong problem-solving ability

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or contact centers is a plus but not mandatory.

• €1,300 gross monthly salary
