Content Moderation Specialist – German & English; Lisbon

We are hiring Content Moderation Specialists to join an international team in Lisbon. This role focuses on reviewing and moderating digital content while ensuring compliance with platform guidelines and quality standards.

Relocation support is included for candidates moving to Portugal.

• Review and moderate online content according to internal policies
• Ensure content complies with legal and platform guidelines
• Identify and elevate non-compliant content
• Maintain high quality and accuracy standards
• Work collaboratively within a structured moderation team

• German level B2 strong or C1 (preferred)
• Good level of English
• Valid work permit for Portugal or EU nationality (mandatory)
• Ability to work on-site, full-time
• Attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines
  
  Experience in content moderation or contact center is a plus, but not mandatory

• Relocation package included
• Base salary of €15,260 gross per year (entry level / without experience)
