Your Role: As an Airline Contact Centre Agent you will be the first point of contact for passengers, helping them with:

• Flight bookings, changes, and cancellations
• General travel and airline‑related inquiries
• Providing excellent customer service in German & English
• Ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience

• Monday to Friday
• 09:00 – 18:30 (8‑hour shifts)
• On‑site role in Malta

• German C2 (mandatory)
• English C1 (mandatory)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using computer systems
• Previous customer service experience is a plus (not required)
• Open to working and living in Malta

Hourly Salary Progression:

• Month 1: €5.60/hour
• Month 2: €8.10/hour
• After probation: €8.50/hour
• After 12 months: €8.75/hour (performance‑based)
• After 18 months: €9.20/hour (performance‑based)

Additional Benefits:

• Performance Bonus: up to €2,000/year (paid quarterly, after probation)
• Language Allowance: €250/month (after training)
