Are you an experienced event technician? Do you have the flair to support customers with the most diverse demands – from rock'n'roll to corporate? Then you might soon be helping out in our venue, the Volkshaus Basel, as part of our Habegger team and ensure the success of various events with your expertise.

• Consulting and supporting our customers at meetings and events as well as the event program of the Volkshaus Basel
• Project management with a focus on event technology
• Preparation of offers, cost calculations, and billing
• Provision and operation of in-house and rented technology
• Maintenance and management of venue materials: inventory, organization, and planning of maintenance work
• Responsibility during events and contact person on site

• Basic training (EFZ) in event technology, multimedia electronics, or another electro-technical profession is an advantage
• Very good technical knowledge of all trades in event technology
• 3-5 years of professional experience in customer support and project management
• Willingness to work as a venue operator and irregular working hours
• Fluent German in spoken and written form
• English (at least level B2)
