Senior Assistant Construction Management

As a Senior Assistant Construction Management (m/f/d), you will provide essential support to our construction management team. You will handle complex organizational and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth processes on-site and within the project team.

• Support the construction management team in organizing and coordinating site activities
• Monitor schedules and maintain construction timelines
• Manage and archive project‑specific documentation
• Prepare and track orders and deliveries
• Communicate with internal departments and external partners
• Create and maintain reports, meeting minutes, and evaluations
• Assist with cost control and invoice verification
• Organize meetings and site coordination sessions
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

• Completed commercial training or degree with a focus on construction or project management
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally in construction or project environments
• Strong MS Office skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Fluent in German and very good English skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a strong service orientation
• Valid driver’s license
