Job Description

Responsible for LDC SAP S/4 solution design in the Order-to-Invoice process area of our Make to Order materials, e.g. Kymriah and YTB
323.

Responsibilities
  • Design LDC SAP S/4 solutions for the Order-to-Invoice process in Make to Order materials (e.g., Kymriah and YTB
    323).
Requirements
  • English mandatory; additional languages preferred.
  • Good knowledge of SAP order management, distribution, and invoicing; understanding of integration with hospital front-end systems such as CellChain

    PRO.
  • Preferred time zone:
    Europe (to cover LaCan and Asia Pac).
  • Experience:

    Ideally a Master’s degree, PhD, or M.D.; 3-5 years’ experience in a pharma business across different ecosystems.
  • Experience developing and executing commercial learning launch plans end-to-end.
  • Experience working in international markets; ability to navigate cultural differences between West and East.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to build and support plans that future‑proof the business.
  • Extensive knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas, scientific and economic value of assets, diseases.
  • Knowledge of educational design and adult learning principles; awareness of learning needs assessment and learning outcomes evaluation.
  • Strong facilitation skills; ability to synthesize and apply specialized knowledge of medical and access resources.
  • Proficiency in regulatory and compliance guidelines relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills; ability to manage mixed resources and multiple projects of diverse scope.
  • Comfortable working in an agile, patient‑value driven environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), SharePoint, and relevant software solutions.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive problem solver with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Project Management certification preferred but not mandatory.
