This position is an on-site position in Birsfelden and is responsible for the management of the Swiss warehouse and logistics center, primarily handling daily operations such as warehousing, logistics, import/export, and exploring/establishing related new business processes. Key activities include daily inbound/outbound operations, packing and shipping, logistics tracking, import/export customs clearance, warehouse upgrades, research, evaluation, and setup of new business processes, and optimization of existing ones.

The role also involves researching import/export policies in various European countries. The incumbent is expected to continuously improve team efficiency, reduce operational costs, guide team collaboration, enhance team morale, ultimately improving customer experience, ensuring team goals are met, and contributing to the company's business development.

Main Responsibilities / Job Expectations
  • Receive, verify, and put away products into inventory, including physical and system operations (ERP & WMS), ensuring timely and accurate inbound processing.
  • Receive, verify, and manage inventory for shipping materials, marketing gifts, etc., ensuring timely and accurate inbound processing.
  • Manage in-stock products, including transfers, consolidation, cycle counting, and disposal, ensuring timely and accurate handling.
  • Maintain accurate records of product and material movements to ensure book‑to‑physical reconciliation.
  • Receive, print, and organize sales order‑related documents; pick and verify products and scanning information to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Verify, pack, ship orders, and track logistics; promptly handle exceptions via phone/email to ensure timely resolution of logistics and customs issues.
  • Handle requests for other marketing materials, customer gifts, and accompanying items, including packing, shipping, and logistics tracking.
  • Perform regular maintenance of warehouse equipment (e.g., refrigerators, printers), such as defrosting refrigerators and replacing printer toner cartridges.
  • Manage procurement of warehouse consumables, equipment, and office supplies; research and onboard new suppliers to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor, maintain, and optimize warehouse facilities and equipment (e.g., refrigerators).
  • Follow up and handle customs clearance processes for imported/exported products, equipment, and materials.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze operational data related to the warehouse logistics center; identify issues and develop solutions.
  • Research, evaluate, and establish new business processes; optimize existing business processes.
  • Research import/export policies for products, equipment, and materials in various European countries and produce research reports.
  • Search for, evaluate, and manage the relocation, renovation, upgrade, and related tasks for new European warehouse and logistics centers.
  • Proactively lead and participate in company‑wide, cross‑border, and cross‑departmental projects related to the European warehouse logistics center; drive process establishment and optimization, foster team communication and collaboration, and ensure the achievement of team goals.
1. Knowledge (Education/Major/Certification)
  • College Degree or above.
  • Major in International Supply Chain Management or International Trade is preferred.
  • Native German; proficient communication skills in English.
2. Experience (Professional, Project/Process, Leadership)
  • Priority will be given to candidates with:
  • Relevant work/management experience in Swiss or German warehouse and logistics centers.
3. General Competence
  • Customer‑oriented with global awareness; strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Possesses stress resistance and accepts occasional overtime work.
  • Responsible, proactive, willing to take ownership, agile, and adaptable.
  • Capable of handling all tasks patiently and meticulously.
4. Professional Competence
  • Mastery of basic Excel data processing and analysis skills.
