For one of our Pharma clients based in Basel we are looking for an Insurance Coordinator.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule and coordinate meetings
  • Support with pre, during, and post-meeting action item follow-up
  • Check, submit and track premium invoices; follow-up on payments
  • Coordinate vendor creations and adaptions in SAP
  • Provide general support as needed
Key requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a supporting role, preferably in a similar environment (Industry and/or Insurance)
  • Proven excellent organization and planning skills including high attention to detail
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Language skills:
    German excellent, English advanced
Education

Bachelor's preferred and/or relevant certifications

Part-time 40-50%
