For one of our Pharma clients based in Basel we are looking for an Insurance Coordinator.
DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule and coordinate meetings
- Support with pre, during, and post-meeting action item follow-up
- Check, submit and track premium invoices; follow-up on payments
- Coordinate vendor creations and adaptions in SAP
- Provide general support as needed
- 5+ years of professional experience in a supporting role, preferably in a similar environment (Industry and/or Insurance)
- Proven excellent organization and planning skills including high attention to detail
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Language skills:
German excellent, English advanced
Bachelor's preferred and/or relevant certifications
Part-time 40-50%
