Office and Clinical Development Coordinator

Our client, a biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented professional to manage daily operations of the Basel office and provide administrative support to Clinical Development projects on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities Office & Facilities
  • Oversee daily Basel office operations and organization
  • Manage office supplies and facilities‑related service providers, including landlord and vendors
  • Coordinate facilities requests and maintain office correspondence and incoming post
Administrative, HR & IT Support
  • Support HR administration, including onboarding activities
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and organize internal events as needed
  • Maintain digital files and records, including Basel Office Share Point
  • Coordinate with IT on office equipment, employee hardware requests, and company repositories
Clinical Development Support
  • Coordinate Clinical Development materials and documentation reviews
  • Organize and support Clinical Development meetings, including minutes distribution
  • Coordinate consultant contracting via vendors or directly
  • Provide general administrative support to Clinical Development teams
Qualifications
  • Experience in office and facilities management, preferably in healthcare or biopharmaceutical settings
  • Experience working in a multicultural, English‑speaking environment
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Forms)
  • Good working knowledge of IT hardware and audiovisual equipment
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience supporting clinical teams is a strong plus
