Registered Nurse (RN) – provides independent patient care in a hospital setting, using the nursing process and clinical standards. Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other health‑care team members and is accountable for professional development.

• The registered nurse collaborates and communicates with inter‑disciplinary care providers to develop and assist in the plan of care.
• Organizes, prioritizes, and updates the plan of care in collaboration with the patient, family, and significant others in a Medical/Surgical/Telemetry unit.
• Identifies patients at risk for injury regarding diagnosis, medication, procedure, age, etc., and prepares the room environment.

• Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• Minimum 6 months RN acute care experience
• Associate's Degree in Nursing
