Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Day Shift – 12 Hours)

Full-Time | Every Weekend

As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist I, you will perform essential diagnostic testing that directly supports patient diagnosis and care. This role includes quality control procedures, moderate‑ to high‑complexity testing, maintenance of laboratory systems, and ensuring the overall accuracy and reliability of laboratory operations.

• Perform diagnostic testing and quality control procedures
• Prepare reagents and report results according to established policies
• Review and oversee moderate‑ to high‑complexity laboratory testing
• Monitor and maintain laboratory computer applications
• Maintain laboratory equipment and supply inventory
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
• Collaborate with laboratory and clinical staff
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education

• Required
  :
  Associate’s degree in Medical Technology or a related scientific field

Education – Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in a related scientific field

Certification & Licensure

• State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist License

Experience

• Clinical laboratory experience
• Minimum of four (4) months of experience performing clinical laboratory testing
