Responsible for coordinating the day‑to‑day operations by acting as a liaison with all departments. Balances staffing on a shift‑by‑shift basis, reallocating resources as census and acuity demand, and facilitates patient placement. Acts as a resource for problem solving and keeps Directors, Managers, and Administrators informed as appropriate.
Education- Education Information in Comments
- Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing (equivalent experience)
- Bachelors in Nursing (preferred)
- RN (Registered Nurse) or APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Cardiovascular)
- PALS (Pediatric) (preferred)
- Clinical related experience (essential)
- Management experience (non-essential)
