Bay Care is currently in search of our newest Speech Therapist (Pool) who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. At Bartow Regional Medical Center you get personalized, quality health care from a compassionate, experienced team.

• Evaluates and develops plan of care to implement specific treatment programs for individual patients/residents based on their needs.
• Responsible for providing appropriate level of clinical direction for therapists completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), Speech Language Pathology students and volunteers.

• CCC-SLP (Speech Language Pathology)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Speech Therapy License
• Required Master’s in Speech Therapy
• Preferred Doctorate in Speech Therapy
• 1 year clinical related experience preferred
