This is a professional position responsible for supporting Finance and Rev Max in a clerical position.
Essential Functions:Establishes and maintains positive working relationship with HFC customers
Performs routine administrative functions to include:
Drafting, mailing, following up, and tracking correspondence,
Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files,
Creating new providers in ORACLE and setting up and maintaining direct deposit accounts,
FSFN Medicaid closures for 18-year-old adopted children,
Maintaining internal EXCEL spreadsheets,
Locating legal documentation on county websites,
Folding and stuffing paper checks to be mailed, mail-drop off to local post-office
Performs other unit duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required.
Three years data entry experience in a child welfare or related field preferred.
