Salary: £30,773.60 per annum

About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join the dedicated team. You will play a key role in leading and supporting the day care team, ensuring residents receive the highest quality, person-centred care. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in a welcoming, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support the day care team
  • Deliver high-quality dementia and residential care tailored to each resident
  • Monitor residents wellbeing and respond appropriately to any changes
  • Administer medication (training provided if required)
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date care records
  • Promote a calm, safe, and supportive day-time environment

What We re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant within a care home
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
  • Medication training (advantageous but not essential)
  • A caring, professional, and team-focused approach
  • A genuine passion for supporting older people to live fulfilling lives
