Due to continuing growth, our client is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our client in Barton-upon-Humber! Whether you come from a call centre, hospitality, or retail background, full supportive training is provided.

Customer Service Advisor – No Weekends or Evenings!

£25,747 per annum + £500 quarterly bonus

Monday to Friday, 8:55am – 5:30pm (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week)

Permanent

This is a full-time, office-based position, and applicants must be able to commute to Barton-upon-Humber daily.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll deliver high-quality service to customers, handling queries, updating accounts, and resolving any complaints that arise. This is a purely customer service role with no sales or cold calling elements.

A Customer Service Advisor Will Be Required To
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Liaise with showrooms
  • Proactively resolve customer queries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships
  • Escalate issues where necessary
  • Handle complaints professionally
  • Strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention
What makes a great Customer Service Advisor?
  • Ability to commute to Barton-upon-Humber daily
  • Previous experience in customer service (call centre, retail, hospitality, etc.)
  • Experience working towards targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • IT literate with good Microsoft proficiency
  • Strong organisational skills
