Due to continuing growth, our client is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our client in Barton-upon-Humber! Whether you come from a call centre, hospitality, or retail background, full supportive training is provided.
Customer Service Advisor – No Weekends or Evenings!£25,747 per annum + £500 quarterly bonus
Monday to Friday, 8:55am – 5:30pm (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week)

This is a full-time, office-based position, and applicants must be able to commute to Barton-upon-Humber daily.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll deliver high-quality service to customers, handling queries, updating accounts, and resolving any complaints that arise. This is a purely customer service role with no sales or cold calling elements.

- Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Liaise with showrooms
- Proactively resolve customer queries
- Build and maintain strong relationships
- Escalate issues where necessary
- Handle complaints professionally
- Strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Ability to commute to Barton-upon-Humber daily
- Previous experience in customer service (call centre, retail, hospitality, etc.)
- Experience working towards targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IT literate with good Microsoft proficiency
- Strong organisational skills
