Customer Service Advisor – No Weekends or Evenings!
£25,747 per annum + £500 quarterly bonus
Monday to Friday, 8:55am – 5:30pm (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week)

This is a full-time, office-based position, and applicants must be able to commute to Barton-upon-Humber daily.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll deliver high-quality service to customers, handling queries, updating accounts, and resolving any complaints that arise. This is a purely customer service role with no sales or cold calling elements.

A Customer Service Advisor will be required to:
Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Liaise with showrooms
Proactively resolve customer queries
Build and maintain strong relationships
Escalate issues where necessary
Handle complaints professionally
Strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention
What makes a great Customer Service Advisor?
Ability to commute to Barton-upon-Humber daily
Previous experience in customer service (call centre, retail, hospitality, etc.)
Experience working towards targets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
IT literate with good Microsoft proficiency
Strong organisational skills
