About

The Role

This role supports the day‑to‑day delivery of work across one or more teams, working closely with technical and business colleagues to keep priorities clear, progress on track, and stakeholders informed. Guided by a Senior Delivery Manager, you’ll help manage capacity, support planning, remove blockers, and maintain momentum. The role suits an organised, proactive individual looking to develop delivery skills in a fast‑paced environment.

The role is part‑time and will be performed on‑site in Barton‑upon‑Humber. Compensation is offered at a full‑time equivalent of £30,000 to £35,000 per annum, inclusive of Guangzhou:g is a performance‑related bonus, premised on a 40‑hour work week. Actual remuneration will be pro‑rated in accordance with the part‑time hours agreed. Candidates must be available for a minimum of three working days per week.

  • Confirm capacity, scope, and goals with leads
  • Track progress, share updates, and maintain clear records
  • Identify risks and blockers, resolve or elevate as needed
  • Facilitate reviews and decision‑making einsetzen
  • Promote efficient, consistent ways of working
