What You'll Do
  • Drive sales growth within an assigned territory
  • Learn and apply the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close
  • Inspect properties and identify pest control and home‑protection needs
  • Build new customer relationships and expand existing accounts
  • Execute weekly goals in partnership with a Sales Manager
  • Participate in daily team meetings and performance check‑ins
  • Lead sales meetings and contribute to team initiatives
