As a Macy’s Women’s สน Clothing Selling Support colleague, you’ll help customers express their personal style and turn fashion into a source of inspiration. With a passion for hospitality, an eye for trends, and strong product knowledge, you’ll create meaningful connections through engaging, genuine conversations. You’ll actively circulate the sales floor, share loyalty program benefits, and guide them through a seamless shopping journey from start to finish.

In addition, you’ll help maintain merchandise standards, support fitting‑room upkeep, and assist with fulfillment to keep a polished, shop‑ready environment.

• Maintain a shoppable space by replenishing the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves.

Full‑time colleagues usually work 30+ hours per week; part‑time colleagues typically work 12‑24 hours. All schedules include weekend shifts. Hours may vary based on business needs and colleague availability. Information on hours needed for benefit eligibility can be found.

• Must be able to:

• Use computers and technology frequently—handheld equipment, cash register, and process register transactions.
