  Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team; communicates with team members; and is flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas.

  Demonstrates knowledge of floor operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and the operation, maintenance, and sanitization of equipment; prepare (cutting, grinding, wrapping, trimming) meat products to established standards; cut boneless meat; maintain product quality standards.
• Be a Techie:
  Uses digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate engagement; uses handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
• Be an Owner:
  Maintains operational excellence; ensures quality and date control standards for meat products; secures fragile and high-shrink merchandise; eliminates waste; assists members with purchasing decisions; ensures merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored per policies.
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Models high-quality service and products; exhibits energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; follows Open Door Policy in executing business processes and practices.
