Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Assisted Living & Memory Care

Do you have a heart for seniors and a passion for leadership? Hearthside Senior Living in Bartlett is looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our family! Here, every shift is an opportunity to make a difference — bringing comfort, care, and connection to our residents who call Hearthside home.

Current Openings:

• 1 PT LPN - 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
• 1 PRN LPN - 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM)

1 PRN LPN – 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

Starting Pay: $30/hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation

Communicate with physicians and healthcare partners about resident care

Support residents with daily living needs (bathing, grooming, mobility, etc.)

Respond quickly and compassionately to resident emergencies

Help ensure a safe, healthy, and happy community

Who We’re Looking For

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing (Tennessee license)

CPR & First Aid certified

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior management or senior care experience preferred

A caring professional who leads with heart and integrity
