This senior leadership role is designed to drive department stability, operational execution, and team development. • Partner with the Department Manager to reinforce goals, priorities, and expectations, serving as a key decision filter for daily execution and problem-solving.
• Translate high-level priorities into clear daily and weekly direction for assistant managers and leads.
• Lead, coach, and develop leaders and key team members, address performance directly, and drive accountability through clear expectations and follow-up.
• Ensure operational standards, SOP adherence, and inventory accuracy across ecommerce and warehouse teams.
• Identify operational breakdowns, address root causes, and collaborate on aligned solutions; elevate issues with context and proposed recommendations.
• Support hiring, scheduling, onboarding, and cross‑training efforts.
• Assist with inventory investigations, discrepancy resolution, cycle counts, and damaged goods tracking.
• Contribute to planning and execution of inventory transitions, layout updates, staffing adjustments, and process improvements.
• Monitor operational performance, flag risks early, and maintain alignment under pressure.
• Build trust and foster a positive, professional culture rooted in consistency, respect, and shared accountability.
