Our client is seeking a Business Unit Manager to lead and scale two high-performance sales teams in the U.S., driving aggressive growth across established and newly acquired product lines. This is a rare opportunity to own a $10M+ revenue portfolio with a 15–20% annual growth target — and the runway, support, and authority to make it happen.

What You’ll Do- Lead and unify two sales teams focused on advanced servo motor and motion technologies
- Own revenue growth goals: $7M existing product line + $3M new acquisition
- Develop and execute sales strategies, forecasts, and budgets
- Drive margin performance and oversee proposal development
- Expand into new markets and support new technology initiatives
- Guide marketing direction and ensure strong brand presence
- Present performance metrics in executive and board-level reviews
- Build scalable processes using CRM and reporting tools
- Ensure full lifecycle support of products and projects
You will lead a distributed team across the U.S. and Canada, while collaborating with global technical and commercial leadership.
What You Bring- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Master’s or MBA (Engineering or related field) preferred
- 5+ years in servo motor/servo systems sales
- 5–8 years leading sales engineers, reps, or distributors
- Strong financial acumen and P&L ownership experience
- CRM and sales reporting expertise
- Technical fluency in motion systems and controls
- Confidence presenting to executive leadership across North America and Europe
- Ability to operate effectively in a global matrix organization
