Position: Dental Assistant (PT)

Overview

Dental Assistant (PT) role at Bright Direction Dental

Part-Time Dental Assistant (DA) position at Bartlett Dental Care. This role involves working directly with the dentist and team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, with light administrative tasks as needed. The office is small and collaborative, and team members cross-train to support each other across departments.

Responsibilities
  • Work directly with the dentist and team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Assist with light administrative tasks as needed.
  • Contribute to a small, collaborative office environment with cross-training across departments.
Schedule
  • Monday 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Tuesday 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Thursday 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Friday/Saturday 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (1 per month)
Compensation
  • $18-$22 per hour (Commensurate with Experience)

Requirements
  • Coronal Polish/Sealant Certification preferred but not required
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Chairside dental assisting with a wide range of general dentistry procedures
  • Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
  • CPR certification
  • Computer efficiency – charting and scheduling
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
  • Integrity-focused work ethic
  • Team-player attitude
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback
