Key Responsibilities:

• Perform work as outlined on repair orders efficiently and in accordance with dealership standards
• Conduct oil changes, tire rotations, multi-point inspections, and tire repairs
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C systems
• Communicate directly with Service Advisors to recommend additional services and provide accurate time estimates
• Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
• Learn and follow service department procedures and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

• 1 year of service center experience preferred
• Technical degree preferred
• ASE certifications preferred
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to identify the problem quickly
• Effective analytical and communication skills
• Good reading, computer and mathematics skills
• Ability to learn new technology, service procedures and specifications
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic Computer Skills
