We are seeking a friendly and organized Used Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Bartlesville, OK. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to follow up with potential sellers to acquire quality used vehicles for our inventory.

• Identify and acquire used vehicles that meet company standards and customer demand.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with vehicle sellers and industry contacts.
• Communicate effectively with sellers to negotiate prices and terms.
• Organize and maintain accurate records of vehicle acquisitions and communications.
• Follow up promptly with potential sellers to ensure timely vehicle procurement.
• Collaborate with the sales and inventory teams to ensure smooth vehicle intake processes.

• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to follow up consistently and professionally.
• Experience in vehicle acquisition or automotive sales is a plus.
