Keeps Charge Nurse, Nursing Coordinator, and Assisted Living Director informed of the status of each resident;
Assists with meal service including table set-up, serving, tableside assistance, apartment deliveries, beverage service, dining room cleaning, etc.;
Records accurate and timely resident progress notes, condition change notes, and other documentation as required and/or assigned;
Adheres to Hospitality Promises:
We greet residents, employees and guests warmly, by name and with a smile.;
Assists residents so that current living conditions can be maintained for as long as is safe and appropriate; promotes independence with daily activities while giving assistance to each resident.
