• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (hands‑on component). Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within the last 12 months).
• Six‑months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

• One‑to‑one patient care in a home environment.
• Execute physician‑prescribed plan of care and document care provided in the system of record.
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies.
• Patient assessments and coordination of care.
• Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members.
