Title:
Audio Visual Systems Engineer
Onsite - F, T. Sill, OK
Responsibilities:The candidate will manage and sustain post-wide AVL-VC systems for approximately 425 classrooms, conference rooms, and senior leadership spaces. Responsibilities include system configuration, troubleshooting, user training, and operational support for events. The role involves developing sustainment plans, conducting site surveys, ensuring timely issue resolution, and reporting to the COR.
Required Experience:- Current active Secret Clearance
- Minimum 10 years of verifiable experience with DSP systems, digital projection/display, and control systems equipment.
- Manage the full lifecycle of AVL-VC systems, including development, installation, operation, and sustainment.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot DSP systems, digital projection/display, and control equipment.
- Read and interpret architectural plans and schematic drawings for proper system integration.
- Maintain system functionality and ensure all equipment meets operational standards.
- Experience developing, implementing, and sustaining AVL-VC systems.
- Physical ability to perform tasks including walking, standing, kneeling, squatting, bending, lifting, and pushing; excellent visual acuity and hearing.
- Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting equipment up to 50 lbs., working at heights, and operating in tight or dimly lit spaces.
- Current Info Comm International – Certified Technology Specialist-General (CTS) Certification required.
- Solid oral and written communication skills
- Experience working in technology‑focused environments and prior involvement with large‑scale AVL-VC system projects is desirable. BA/BS in a technology‑related field is desired.
- Possession of a current Info Comm International – Certified Technology Specialist-General (CTS) Certification
Qualifications:
- Must be US Citizen
- Possess clear and precise oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to meet requirements to work on a military installation, including having a valid state driver's license and automobile insurance
- Be self‑motivated with the ability to establish priorities and effectively manage time to complete multiple tasks within specified time frames
- Demonstrate high standards of quality and accuracy
- Be in attendance and punctual as scheduled
- Candidate must be able to travel as required
