Job overview
Store Support role at The Home Depot. Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $22.00/hr.
Location:
Barstow, CA.
- Assist with non-sales functions to ensure an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assist customers in the lot, and provide administrative services.
- Interact with customers and vendors as needed; direct customers to store departments or merchandise; respond to order status questions; assist with cash management and program compliance.
- Work cooperatively with other associates, vendors, carriers; demonstrate attention to detail and time management; maintain integrity at all times; align with store objectives and support key operational responsibilities.
- Possible positions include Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others and manage time effectively.
- Strong integrity and focus on customer satisfaction.
