Clinical Laboratory Scientist - PRN

Following procedures established by the Section Heads and medical directors, a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) performs a variety of laboratory tests across different areas of the laboratory, including High Complexity Tests as defined by CLIA. The CLS is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of test results and reporting, applying principles, theories, and techniques, exercising professional judgment, demonstrating computer proficiency, microscopic proficiency, and effective communication skills.

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university in biological or chemical sciences, as required for California State licensure. Completion of an accredited CLS program with a requisite internship.

Valid and current California CLS license. Must provide the original or a duplicate license upon hire.

$44.81 - $56.23 per hour

Required: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
