Overview

The primary responsibility of the staff pharmacist is to ensure the accurate, age-appropriate and timely preparation of all medication orders. The pharmacist is responsible for the supervision of pharmacy technicians. The pharmacist facilitates the day-to-day operations. The pharmacist will perform specific clinical functions in accordance with written policies and procedures. The pharmacist will provide drug information and/or education to patients, medical staff, nursing staff, and other health care professionals, as requested.

This position reports to the Director of Pharmacy.

Graduate from College of Pharmacy;
Advanced Degree in Pharmacy (Pharm.

D. or M.S.) preferred.

Pay range: $67.00 - $78.15 per hour
