What you will do:

• Supervise and support foster carers, ensuring a nurturing environment for children in care.
• Conduct CPA (Care Programme Approach) and Form F assessments to ensure the best care solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to develop effective permanency plans.
• Engage directly with children and families to promote their welfare and safeguard their interests.
• Keep accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
