Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated IPAF Operator to join our team in Barry. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in site work, particularly in demolition, who are looking for long-term employment. Responsibilities
  • Operate IPAF machinery safely and efficiently on-site.
  • Assist with demolition tasks using hand tools such as breakers, reciprocating saws, adjustable wrenches, sockets, crowbars, and impact drills.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations while on-site.
  • Maintain and inspect equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of site experience, preferably in demolition.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, including breakers, recip saws, adjustables/sockets, crowbars, and impact drills.
  • A strong work ethic with a history of high attendance.
  • A commitment to long-term work, with the potential for up to 1 year of employment.
Additional Opportunity

If you meet the above qualifications, we will cover the cost of your CCDO training (£300). To demonstrate your commitment, we request a refundable deposit of £150, which will be reimbursed when you start on-site. This means the training will ultimately cost you nothing, and you will gain a valuable new qualification.

Day-to-Day
  • Operate IPAF equipment to assist with various site tasks.
  • Perform demolition work using the appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct routine checks and maintenance of equipment.
  • Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
