itsu is a crusading, dynamic, & fast-growing chain of Asian-inspired healthy food shops. itsu [grocery], brings the itsu vision into retail/wholesale worldwide.

itsu [grocery] is looking for a weekend admin assistant to join its supply chain team. They will have responsibility for executing essential tasks that directly impact our service levels into retail customers. They should have great attention to detail and problem solving skills.

• Meet time sensitive deadlines for order processing and amendments over the weekend.
• Build strong relationships with our suppliers and 3PLs to mitigate operational issues and ensure a smooth production process / inbound deliveries over the weekend.
• Arrange surplus food donations to avoid food waste on our chilled product lines.
• At times there may be additional admin projects to assist with.

• Analytical, with some Microsoft Excel knowledge.
• Good organisation skills & ability to communicate effectively as part of a team & with suppliers.
• Interest in Supply Chain.
• The energy and self-motivation to work independently and be the main point of escalation over the weekend for the itsu [grocery] supply chain team.
• Pro-active, identifying issues as or before they arise.
• An open-minded approach to the role and a flexible, can do, friendly attitude.
