Sub Agent
- Teesside
NZT Project
12 month renewable contract – 45 hrs per week
Inside IR36
Role responsibilities:Engineering Control
- Setting out from primary control provided by others.
- The provision of sketches detailing the setting out information installed
- Maintain survey equipment
- Production of as–built drawings & records
- Completion of Quality Check Sheets
- Maintaining accurate records – Daily Diary
- Production of Field Control Sheets
- Carries out associated briefings
- Carries out Field Inspections
- Hazard Identification
- Measures actual materials used and compares with theoretical measure
- Works to Weekly Programme – drafted by others and marks up progress achieved weekly
- Produces weekly measure. Take offs and schedules materials accurately
- Understands what is classified as additional work
