Interim Designated Safeguarding Lead

Panoramic Associates are seeking an experienced Interim Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) to join an SEN School in the East Midlands, starting ASAP through to July 2026.

This is a senior safeguarding role with strategic oversight across three special schools. The successful candidate will line manage three school-based DSLs, ensuring robust safeguarding practice and high-quality case management. You will act as escalation point for complex cases and ensure full compliance with statutory guidance.

We are looking for a confident safeguarding leader with significant DSL experience (SEN experience desirable), strong knowledge of statutory requirements, and proven line management capability.
