Project Manager (Wales)

Based in the UK, this is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract with the possibility of extension. Flexible working options are offered, including job share and secondments, and hybrid working is available.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of digital, data and technology projects designed to enhance how care and support are delivered across Wales. Your responsibilities include defining, planning and delivering projects that shape innovative tools and resources to advance our client’s digital and data ambitions, ensuring work is delivered on schedule, within budget and to an exceptional standard.

You will also develop productive relationships with key stakeholders, promote the organisation’s digital and data work, strengthen collaboration, and use data insights to inform decisions and deliver solutions that respond to the evolving needs of the sector.

About You
  • Experience of working in a project delivery role
  • Understanding of relevant Data Protection regulations and data security management
  • Understanding of the Welsh policy context and how support is organised, funded and delivered in Wales
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A relevant degree or a good level of education supported by substantial experience
