South Wales | Hybrid & Flexible Working | £30,000 + Enhanced Benefits

Hoop Professional Services & HR are delighted to be supporting a long‑standing client with an exciting opportunity to join their high‑performing People and Culture function as a Wellbeing Advisor on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. This South Wales‑based role offers £30,000, enhanced benefits, and hybrid and flexible working, with some travel across sites due to the nature of the organisation.

This is a brilliant opportunity to gain exposure within a complex organisation and genuinely add value during an exciting period of change. You will work closely with the Wellbeing Manager, supporting organisation‑wide wellbeing initiatives, projects, and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of occupational health and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation
  • Coordinate wellbeing projects in partnership with HR, Safety, and Communications teams
  • Maintain and promote the wellbeing calendar to drive employee engagement
  • Support the management of external OH and EAP providers, monitoring KPIs and service delivery
  • Assist with clinical interventions and assessments, ensuring timely and appropriate support
  • Analyse wellbeing and EAP data to identify trends and provide meaningful insight
  • Support the development of Mental Health First Aiders and wellbeing champions
  • Maintain accurate, confidential OH and wellbeing data within internal systems
  • Contribute to engaging wellbeing communications across digital platforms
  • Keep up to date with industry best practice and support continuous improvement

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience within a wellbeing, people, HR or similar advisory role, with the ability to analyse complex information and turn this into clear, practical recommendations. You'll be a confident and approachable communicator, able to build strong relationships across all levels of the business, and highly organised with excellent attention to detail. You'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, handling sensitive information with discretion, and using Microsoft Office to support reporting, communication and day‑to‑day administration.

If you are highly experienced in health and wellbeing, HR, and have solid knowledge of occupational health, we'd love to hear from you.

Interviews will be taking place week commencing 19th – don't wait to apply.
