A leading recruitment agency is seeking an Interim Financial Controller for a £25m turnover business in North Wales, reporting directly to the CFO. The role involves full responsibility for the finance function, including managing a finance team, preparing management accounts, and providing strategic insights. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with substantial experience at the Financial Controller level, strong technical skills, and a hands-on approach.
