Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting a confident and experienced Year 6 Teacher for a welcoming primary school in the CF62 area for the Summer Term. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher who is confident delivering the Year 6 curriculum and supporting pupils during the important lead up to the end of the academic year.

The school is looking for a teacher who can quickly build positive relationships with pupils, maintain strong classroom management, and deliver engaging lessons that support progress and attainment. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing pupils as they transition towards the end of primary school.

The Role:

Full-time Year 6 class teacher position for the Summer Term

Deliver engaging and structured lessons in line with the curriculum

Support pupils with their learning, confidence and preparation for the end of Year 6

Maintain strong behaviour management and a positive classroom environment

Work closely with teaching assistants and the wider school staff

The Ideal Candidate :

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience teaching in KS2, ideally Year 6

Strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills

Passionate about supporting pupils to achieve their full potential

Reliable, adaptable, and committed to the role

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
