AboutThe Role
Pay Details:
Grade 8 Scale Point 26-30 £ 37,280 - £40,777 Pro Rata £19.32 - £21.14 Per Hour.
Hours of Work / Weeks per year / Working Pattern: 3 days per week (negotiable) 40 weeks per year.
Main Place of Work:
Gwenfo Church in Wales Primary School.
Temporary Reason:
Due to the phased retirement of the current post holder.
You will work in our busy school office as part of our admin team as well as liaising with outside agencies such as contractors. Your role will include procurement, line managing support staff as well as supporting the Headteacher with finance. Please see job description for further information.
About You- To have qualifications or have relevant experience as a school business manager
- To have excellent communication skills
- To have strong interpersonal skills
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- To be self‑motivated and able to make effective decisions quickly.
- To be a strong team player who can use your own initiative
- To have a positive and flexible attitude
- Sound IT skills – preferably with a knowledge of Arbor and Microsoft Office products
- To have secure knowledge of health and safety, premises, risk assessment, financial planning and asset management
