We are seeking compassionate and motivated individuals with backgrounds in education, youth services, care, or SEN support who are dedicated to making a real difference.

Location: Chichester and surrounding areas (including Bognor Regis, Havant, and nearby communities)

Hours: Flexible – Part-Time or Full-Time

• Plan and deliver individualised lesson plans

• Support learners with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and learning needs

• Build a structured and nurturing educational environment

• Deliver tuition in homes or suitable community settings

• Promote engagement, independence, and sustained progress

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN

• Ability to support primary or secondary learners confidently

• Based in Chichester or surrounding areas with local travel availability

• Calm, patient, and resilient approach

• Strong safeguarding awareness and professionalism

• Flexible part-time or full-time hours

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
