A vibrant KS1 primary classroom in Salford requires a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support pupils' learning and development.
Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils
- Assist in delivering phonics, literacy, and numeracy lessons
- Support inclusion for SEND pupils
- Promote positive behaviour and wellbeing
- Work alongside the class teacher to monitor progress
- Level 2 qualification or relevant school experience
- Understanding of KS1 curriculum and pedagogy
